Warnings, bans, and the ones that reach every server at once.
Punishing somebody
/punish user: @Ada type: warning reason: ignored a direct order
/punish user: @Ada type: tempban reason: repeat offence duration: 7d evidence: <link>
Types run from a warning through kick, tempban, ban, containment expulsion and demotion. Reason is required. Evidence is not, and it should be.
/record user: @Ada shows everything on file for a person. /revoke lifts an
active punishment and needs Management, because undoing somebody else's decision
is a heavier action than making your own.
The record follows the person
A punishment attaches to a Titanite ID, not to the account it was issued against. Somebody with four accounts has one record, and looking up any of the four shows it.
That also means a punishment survives unverifying. Removing your link does not remove your history.
Reading across the network
/record shows the whole network by default, not just your own group.
If somebody was expelled from another group, you see it. Whether that matters to you is your call, and every entry names the group that issued it so you can tell your own decisions from somebody else's.
Global bans
/globalban target: @Ada reason: <why> evidence: <link>
A global ban bans the person from every server Utilities is in, all of their Discord accounts, and puts all of their Roblox accounts on the network blocklist that games and other groups read.
It asks you to confirm first, and it names who the target resolved to before you agree. The target box takes a Discord mention, a Roblox username, or a Titanite ID, and the confirmation is the first point you can see which one matched.
/globalunban reverses it: revokes the cases, lifts the Discord bans, clears
the blocklist rows, and queues the person's ranks and roles to be rebuilt.
/globalsync re-applies existing global bans to a server that joined the
network after they were issued. Run it once when a new server comes on board.
The blocklist
The blocklist is the one thing this network publishes about people. Games check a roster against it, and other groups read it through the API.
Adding somebody to it is not the same as banning them from Discord, and
/intel blockuser does it deliberately and separately. See
Intel and lookup.

It's not working
A global ban did not reach one server. The bot needs ban permission there, and it needs to be above the target in the role list. The result message says how many servers succeeded and how many failed.
Somebody was globally unbanned and has no ranks.
Banning removes every group membership on purpose. Unbanning queues them to be
rebuilt from live Roblox ranks, which takes a moment. If it never happens, ask
them to run /update.
/punish says the user is not verified.
You can only punish somebody the network knows. If they have never verified,
there is no record to attach it to. /intel blockuser covers a Roblox account
with no Discord side.
A tempban did not expire. Expiry runs on a timer inside the bot. If the bot was restarting when it was due, it catches up on the next pass rather than missing it.
You banned the wrong person.
/globalunban on the same target. The record keeps both the ban and the
revocation, which is the point.
