The dashboard
Doing most of it from a website instead of Discord.
Sign in at titanite.family with the Discord account you verified on.
Server settings also live on TITANNET now, at
app.titanite.family, under the group rather than as a list of Discord servers.
Modules, channels and the group link are there. See
Bot settings.
Both doors write the same rows, so it does not matter which you use. The TITANNET one shows you a group and its servers together, which the list here cannot.
Getting in
Being HR anywhere in the network gets you in. Beyond that, access is handed out two ways.
/webrole user: @Ada role: ADMIN gives somebody dashboard access outright.
Permission grants are the finer instrument: give one person one feature, optionally in one group, optionally until a date. Somebody granted points can award points and nothing else.
A grant only ever raises what somebody can do, never lowers it, and it can never
reach the levels the network-wide commands sit behind. Delegating a routine job
cannot accidentally hand over /globalban.

Members and Identities are different pages
They look similar and they are not the same thing.
Members is the roster: who is in this group and at what rank.
Identities is identity administration: every account one person holds, merging two records into one, and changing what somebody is allowed to do. It sits behind a higher gate for that reason.
If you want to know somebody's rank, use Members. If you want to know who somebody is, use Identities.
API keys
Issue a key on the dashboard and it is shown once. The site stores a hash, so nobody can read it back afterwards, including you. Lose it and mint another.
Every key has its own rate limit and can be revoked on its own, which is the whole reason each consumer gets its own rather than sharing one.
It's not working
You sign in and get sent straight back out.
Your account is not HR anywhere and has no grant. Ask somebody to run
/webrole, or to grant you the feature you need.
A page loads empty. You are looking at a group you hold nothing in. Most pages scope to the group you have rank in.
You cannot see a key you issued yesterday. Keys are shown once at issue time and stored as a hash. That is deliberate: a leak of the database hands nobody a working key.
A grant you made did not take effect. Check its group scope. A grant scoped to a division does not apply in the parent.
Your dashboard access disappeared. A global ban clears dashboard access as part of the ban. So does a suspension.
