Titanite Utilities
Titanite Utilities is the bot that knows who people are.
Every other part of TITANNET asks it the same question: is this person who they say they are, and what rank do they hold? It answers by linking a Discord account to a Roblox account, reading that person's rank live from Roblox, and keeping their roles and nickname in step with it across every server in the network at once.
This is a private system. You do not add Utilities from a listing site. It runs in servers inside Titanite's sphere: Titanite-owned servers, servers run by people well acquainted with the group, or servers invited into the TITANNET universe. If you are reading this, someone already brought you in.
It sits in 63 servers, and each one has a different set of things switched on. This page lists everything it can do. Your server has some of it.
Getting started covers inviting it and walking the setup wizard, which does the whole bind in about five minutes.

The one idea everything else rests on
A person has one Titanite ID and it belongs to the person, not the account.
Somebody with two Roblox accounts and three Discord accounts has one Titanite ID. Ban them and every one of those accounts is banned. Look up any of them and you see the same record. Promote them in a group and the rank lands wherever they show up.
That is why verification asks for a Roblox account rather than a Discord one, and why you only ever do it once no matter how many Titanite servers you join.
What it is not
Not a moderation bot for your server. It does not delete messages, mute people for spam, or run automod. Chancery does that. Utilities handles identity, rank, and the things that follow from them.
Not something each server configures from scratch. A group configures itself once, and its division servers inherit that.
