Bot settings
Setting up Titanite Utilities from TITANNET, under the group it belongs to.
Where it is
Open a group you have configuration access to. Bot settings sits at the bottom of the left rail, under a divider.
If you do not see it, you do not have configuration access to that group. It is hidden rather than padlocked on purpose: access is a grant held in Utilities, not something you can earn by joining, so a padlock would advertise a door most members can never open.
Why it is under the group
A group is a main server plus its division servers. Configuration used to live on a separate site, one Discord server at a time, and that site knew nothing about groups. So the one relationship that matters, which servers belong together, was invisible while you worked.
Here the group comes first and its servers sit underneath it.
The group page
Three things, and only the first is editable today.
Servers lists every Discord server linked to this group, with how many bind rules each carries and whether verification is on. Click one to open it.
Ranks shows the ladder as Utilities holds it, with points thresholds and HR flags. Read-only here for now; change them with the bot or the old dashboard.
Divisions lists the groups filed under this one, when there are any.
If the ranks list is empty, say so to whoever runs the group. Points and auto-ranking refuse to run for a group with no ranks synced, and they fail quietly rather than complaining.
A server's settings
Modules switch whole features on and off in that server. A module that is off refuses its commands there. Repair commands stay available whatever you do, so a switch can never lock an owner out of the tools that turn it back on.
Channels are where the bot posts. Leave one empty to switch that routing off rather than pointing it somewhere harmless.
Group link covers how a verified member is named and what roles they hold: the nickname format, the verified and unverified roles, and the two bypass roles. Somebody holding the nickname bypass keeps the name they set themselves. Somebody holding the rank role bypass keeps their rank roles untouched, though the verified and unverified pair still apply, because those track whether somebody is verified rather than what rank they hold.
What saving does
The page saves what you changed, not the whole form, and then redraws itself from what the database came back with rather than from what it sent. So a value that got trimmed, emptied or adjusted on the way in shows you its real state.
Changes are limited to twenty a minute per person.
What is not here yet
Ranks beyond reading them, permission grants, API keys and the intel keyword list. Each has its own door in the old dashboard and its own permission rule, and each is its own piece of work.
A control you expect and cannot find is not hidden from you by rank. The page draws only the controls the server says it will accept, so a missing one is a setting that has no door on this surface yet.
When you are stuck
There is no Bot settings entry on the group
You do not hold configuration access to that group in Utilities. Being a member, or even staff on TITANNET, is a different thing. Ask whoever runs the bot for a config grant.
"This group has no Roblox group recorded"
The group's page on TITANNET has no Roblox group id, so there is nothing to match it to on the bot's side. Add it in the group's own settings first.
"Your Discord account is not verified with Titanite yet"
The bot does not know who you are. Run /verify in any Titanite server, then reload. Trying again without verifying will keep giving the same answer.
"Settings are not switched on for this site yet"
Nothing is wrong with your account. The two services are not sharing the secret they use to trust each other, which is ours to fix. Report it.
A control is greyed out
The bot will not accept that field from this surface. Your rank has nothing to do with it.
I saved and the value came back different
That is the page showing you what was stored rather than what you typed. Spaces get trimmed and an empty box is stored as nothing at all.
