The network directory, and what one person's page shows.

Your profile

Everyone verified with Titanite Utilities has a page at app.titanite.family/tid/<your number>.

It shows your Roblox account, the groups you hold rank in, and what those ranks are. Ranks are read live rather than stored, so leaving a group takes the entry with it without anybody tidying up.

Your Titanite ID is the number in that address. One person, one ID, however many accounts they hold. See Verification for how you get one.

The directory

The People page lists everybody the network knows, with faces, searchable.

Faces come in a batch rather than one request per person, which is why a page of fifty loads at once. A face that has never rendered stays blank rather than being asked for again and again.

Privacy

Somebody can be marked private, and then they are withheld from public lookups.

That is a staff action rather than a self-serve switch. It hides you from strangers; it does not hide you from the people who run the groups you are in.

What a profile does not show

Punishments, intel notes, and the other accounts somebody holds are not on it. Those live in Utilities behind an HR gate, because a public profile that listed somebody's record would be a public accusation.

It's not working

Your profile is empty of groups. Ranks are read live from Roblox. If Roblox would not answer, the page shows nothing rather than guessing, and nothing here means unknown rather than none.

Somebody is missing from the directory. They have never verified, or they are marked private.

A face is blank. The thumbnail was never generated on Roblox's side. It fills in on its own once it is.

Your rank on the site does not match Discord. The site reads Roblox directly and Discord follows through Utilities' sync, so the site is usually the one that is current. Run /update in Discord to pull the other side forward.
