What's on it

How things get on it
Two ways:
- Somebody writes it in the admin console.
- A bot publishes it. Right now that's events — hosting one in Discord can put it straight on the calendar.
The second is the direction of travel. Anything typed in twice is a thing that will eventually disagree with itself.
Permissions
Access is by role, and roles are scoped: someone can manage one group without touching another. Some pages additionally check your live Roblox rank rather than a stored one, so leaving a group takes the access with it.

Your role changed, or your Roblox rank did. Ranks are checked live, not remembered.
I edited something and the site looks the same
Hard refresh — Ctrl+F5. The site caches aggressively.
A group is missing from the directory
It may be unlisted — deliberately kept out of the directory, the counts and every picker. It still exists and its page still works if you have the link.
