Everything the Titanite bots do, explained plainly.
You don't need to know anything about bots or code to use these pages. If something here assumes knowledge you don't have, that's a mistake in the page, not in you. Tell us and we'll fix it.
TITANNET isn't a public product you sign up for. To use any part of it, you're either a Titanite, someone well acquainted within Titanite's groups, or someone invited into the TITANNET universe by one of them. If you're reading this, someone already brought you in.
The four platforms
TITANNET, the Titanite Network, runs across four places, and they're becoming one connected system rather than four separate tools:
The bot that knows who people are. Verification, ranks, points, applications, and bans that reach every server at once. Everything else asks it who you are.
Titanite ChanceryThe Discord bot. It runs TITANNET day to day: events, tickets, applications, diplomacy, and everything else a server under the network needs.
Titanite TelemetryThe Roblox module inside Titanite's games. Reports player activity back to TITANNET and drives in-game systems like the API and blocklists.
TITANNETThe website at app.titanite.family: the group directory, applications, the calendar, per-game updates, and the faction relations matrix.
Telemetry already reports into TITANNET; Chancery already reads from the same website data; Utilities decides who everyone is for all of them. The connection between website, Discord, and Roblox is the direction all of it is heading.
Three things worth knowing before anything else
Commands start with a slash
In Discord, you type / and a menu appears. You pick the command from the menu
rather than typing the whole thing out. When these pages say
run
/event start
they mean: type /event, pick start from the list Discord shows you, fill in
the boxes, press Enter.
Not every server has every feature
The bot is in several servers and each one has a different set of features switched on. So a command that exists in one server genuinely does not exist in another.
If you type a command and the bot says "that feature is not enabled in this server", nothing is broken. Somebody just needs to switch it on. See Modules.
Some things need an admin, some need the owner
Pages say which. Roughly:

If a page says "owner only" and you're not the owner, you're not doing it wrong. You need to ask Ben.
When something doesn't work
Every page in this site ends with a "It's not working" section that lists the things that actually go wrong and what to do about each one. Go there first. It is almost always one of about four things.
